Task 6: Font planning choices

 In photoshop, I began to look at different fonts on Photoshop to create my Masthead design.

 These included two main fonts; 'Cooper Black' (from Photoshop) & 'Magazine letters' (which I downloaded from dafont.com)

I liked the look of 'Cooper Black' from my initial look on Photoshop, which I initially thought would be my overall font, however upon deciding to look up fonts on the site found 'Magazine letters' & thought it suited the overall vibe of my magazine, linking to the theme of sustainability by giving off a reusing of letters from elsewhere, evoking the idea of reusing & recycling

However, I still really liked the look of 'Cooper Black', so decided to use it for my strapline, as both the masthead & strapline being such a bold font may be too intense for readers

I decided to try a combination of capital & lowercase letters to see what would look best for my masthead, when finding my preferred font I found that all capitals looked aggressive on the eyes whilst all lowercase didn't stand out enough, therefore chose to have the first letter be capital with the rest being lowercase
